Operations Analysts (KPI & Performance):

Should be from cold chain logistics and should have 1-3 years experience working in fmcg, grocery or fruits and vegetables sector. Preferable from 3pl logistic company.

Collect and validate daily operational data; calculate throughput, utilization, cost per pallet, and manpower productivity; generate daily/weekly dashboards for MDO; highlight deviations and trends.

Must have experience working in cold room, chillers and dealt with grocery, fruits and vegetables.

BBA / MBA / B.Tech

Excel, data analysis, visualization

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
