Operations Executive – Fleet Supervisor (Delivery Services)

Job Summary

The Operations Executive – Fleet Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day fleet and rider/driver operations for delivery services. The role ensures on-time delivery performance, vehicle availability, rider compliance, cost control, and adherence to safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery fleet operations (bikes/cars/van riders)
• Allocate vehicles and riders based on delivery demand and schedules
• Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and delivery performance (KPIs)
• Ensure vehicles are operational, road-worthy, and compliant with traffic regulations
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and breakdown support
• Track fuel usage, mileage, repairs, and fleet operational costs
• Manage delivery delays, route issues, and emergency operational situations
• Handle accidents, traffic fines, insurance, and incident reporting
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, riders, licenses, permits, and documents
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding, training, discipline, and offboarding of riders
• Ensure rider compliance with safety standards, uniforms, and delivery SOPs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and fleet performance reports

• Hands-on knowledge of delivery fleet operations
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and delivery/fleet tracking systems
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and delivery platforms (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in operations, Logistics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in delivery operations or fleet supervision
• Experience managing bike/car delivery riders is highly preferred
• Valid driving license (UAE preferred)
