Role Overview
The Operations Executive will support the end-to-end operational activities for the Furniture and Lighting business. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing logistics and inventory, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, and assisting customers with their queries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Coordination & Deliverable Management
- Work closely with vendor teams to ensure all products and services are delivered on time.
- Review and verify that vendor outputs meet quality standards and specified requirements.
- Follow up regularly to track production status and resolve issues proactively.
Office Logistics & Order Management
- Manage packaging, shipping, and dispatch of products to customers and retail partners.
- Track orders end-to-end and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups, delays, or exceptions.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of inventory inflow and outflow.
- Conduct routine checks to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of products.
Day-to-Day Office Operations
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for facility management, supplies, and equipment needs.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficient workflow in the workspace.
Customer Inquiry Handling
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, or messages professionally and promptly.
- Provide product details, order updates, and resolve basic issues or escalate when required.
- Maintain a positive and service-oriented communication approach.
Cataloging & Website Listing
- Organize and catalog product images for internal reference and records.
- Assist in uploading new product listings on the website, ensuring details, prices, and specifications are accurate.
- Coordinate with the design/marketing team for content updates when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management from furniture, décor etc.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic inventory tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
