Job Responsibilities

Execute daily operational tasks, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and reporting, in a timely and accurate manner.

Perform end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for both new and existing clients, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Conduct client risk assessments based on profiles, geographic locations, and transaction behaviors; classify risk levels and apply appropriate due diligence measures.

Support the development and maintenance of operational procedures, guidelines, and documentation.

Assist in communicating updates, changes, and notifications related to operational policies.

Support system setup and configuration in accordance with established procedures and requirements.

Prepare reports and present findings to the supervisor as needed.

Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and internal departments, ensuring timely resolution.

Ensure all client information and documentation are securely stored in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Assist the finance team with daily deposit and withdrawal reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.

Collaborate with compliance and audit teams by providing required documentation in a timely manner.

Proactively identify and prevent risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities, and escalate concerns immediately.

Adhere to assigned shift schedules.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

With experience in KYC, compliance, or a related role within the financial services industry.

Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
