Salary: AED 10,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Marketing Executive with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, support marketing activities, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities related to real estate transactions
• Coordinate with sales teams, developers, and clients
• Handle documentation, follow-ups, and reporting
• Support marketing activities including property listings, promotions, and campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for real estate projects
• Maintain CRM records and client databases
• Ensure timely communication and smooth workflow between departments

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations and/or Marketing
• Mandatory real estate experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Russian preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Candidates from Baltic / Russian region
• Presentable, professional, and client-focused
