Operations Executive – NBFC

Role Summary:

Amplio Invest is hiring an Operations Executive to support NBFC operations including documentation, MIS reporting, coordination with internal teams, and process tracking across the loan lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day NBFC operations

Maintain MIS, trackers, and reports (Excel-based)

Support loan documentation, disbursement & post-disbursement activities

Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Accounts & Compliance teams

Track pending items and ensure timely closures

Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Graduate (Commerce/Management preferred)

1–3 years NBFC/Banking operations experience

Good Excel & MS Office skills

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred :

Experience in loan operations or underwriting support

Knowledge of NBFC processes and RBI guidelines

Remuneration : 4-5LPA (Based on the interview round)
