Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and support daily operational activities for Noon, a leading e-commerce platform in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow execution, coordinate with multiple teams, and drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure timely task completion.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Track and analyze operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges effectively.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, e-commerce, logistics, or retail.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Saudi e-commerce market will be considered an advantage.
