Job Title: Operations Executive (with Digital Marketing Experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive with hands-on experience in digital marketing to support daily business operations, ensure smooth execution of internal processes, and assist in managing online marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and able to bridge operational efficiency with digital marketing initiatives to enhance business performance and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities :
Operations Management
- Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and operational activities.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, client visits, and field operations.
- Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and procurement activities as required.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to expenses, travel claims, and project updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
- Support management in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and monitor social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand presence.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content in line with company objectives.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives, posts, and promotions.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools
- Research trends and opportunities to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain coordination between internal teams.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on operations and marketing performance.
- Provide administrative and strategic support to the reporting manager as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
