Job Title: Operations Executive (with Digital Marketing Experience)

Department: Operations / Marketing

Reports To: Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive with hands-on experience in digital marketing to support daily business operations, ensure smooth execution of internal processes, and assist in managing online marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and able to bridge operational efficiency with digital marketing initiatives to enhance business performance and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Operations Management

  • Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and operational activities.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, client visits, and field operations.
  • Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and procurement activities as required.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to expenses, travel claims, and project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
  • Support management in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and monitor social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand presence.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives, posts, and promotions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools
  • Research trends and opportunities to enhance online visibility and lead generation.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain coordination between internal teams.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on operations and marketing performance.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the reporting manager as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations and digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
