Operations & Facility Manager
The Operations & Facility Manager ensures smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of both school campuses and farm campus. This role oversees daily operations, facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Operations
- Manage day-to-day operational needs across both campuses.
- Coordinate staff schedules, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain systems for inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Support school events, drills, and transport logistics.
- Work closely with the admin team to streamline processes.
Facility Management
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate repairs, housekeeping, and general upkeep.
- Manage vendor contracts and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and building regulations.
- Oversee minor upgrades and facility projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in operations or facility management (education preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across two campuses.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and safety protocols.
- Comfortable using office and operations software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
