Job Description
The Operations Finance Manager partners closely with operations and executive leadership to drive financial visibility and performance across utility construction projects. This role combines strong financial leadership with hands-on expertise in financial reporting, job cost analysis, and operational decision support. This role will support the accounting close responsibilities of the operation and report to the Director of Regional Services.
A high-quality candidate will be proficient in all aspects of financial reporting, GAAP accounting, job costing, expense analysis and accruals, budgets and forecasts, and presenting actionable insights based on analysis.

Compensation: $115,000-$125,000/year
