We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations & Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, responsible for the seamless coordination and execution of our client services, ensuring a consistently high standard of delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate the end-to-end fulfilment of a wide range of client requests, including scheduling, logistics, and final delivery of services.
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, updates, and exceptional support throughout the service process.
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to arrange services, confirm bookings, and ensure all logistical requirements are met.
* Maintain accurate and organised records of client requests, service progress, and completed tasks.
* Proactively identify and resolve any operational challenges or delays to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
* Manage administrative duties related to service fulfilment, including booking confirmations and task management.
* Uphold the quality standards and professional reputation of Prime Assist in all interactions.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an operations, logistics, administration, or coordination role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-focused approach.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* The ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in standard office software and a high level of computer literacy.
* A positive and resourceful attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
