Operations – Fulfilment & Logistics - Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fulfilment & Logistics Executive to join our operations team. The role will focus on ensuring smooth order fulfilment, efficient inventory flow, and effective coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory flow to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and vendor interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, and customer service) to align operational needs.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in fulfilment and logistics.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, fulfilment, logistics coordination, or vendor management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
