Operations & Growth Coordinator (Future Director Track)

Location: Hybrid (Mount Pleasant, TX + Remote)

Job Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours per week)

Pay: $14–$18 per hour (based on experience)

We are NOT looking for someone to just “do tasks.” We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role and help run the school.

Mount Pleasant Dental Assistant School is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused individual to join our team in a part-time hybrid role with strong growth potential into a full-time leadership position.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in operations, admissions, and business growth within the healthcare education field.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Assist with enrolling new students into the program
• Support admissions and onboarding processes
• Coordinate and assist with marketing efforts (social media, outreach, events)
• Attend local events, schools, and career fairs (some weekends required)
• Perform administrative tasks (data entry, scheduling, organization)
• Help improve systems and keep daily operations running smoothly
• Communicate directly with leadership and assist with executing key initiatives

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (comfortable speaking on the phone is required)
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills (Google Drive, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and operations
• Must have a personal laptop and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work both in-person and remotely (hybrid schedule)

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in sales, customer service, or admissions
• Experience with social media or marketing
• Experience in healthcare or education

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Part-time (15–25 hours per week)
• Hybrid role (in-person + remote work)
• Some Saturdays required (class days and events)

Mount Pleasant Dental Assistant School is a growing program that helps students start careers in healthcare in just 13 weeks. We focus on hands-on training, strong student outcomes, and creating real opportunities for our students.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mount Pleasant, TX 75455
