Operations & Growth Manager / Head of Acquisitions (US Real Estate Wholesaling)

About Us:
We are an active real estate wholesaling company operating in the US market. Our primary acquisition strategy is Agent Outreach (networking and negotiating with real estate agents). Currently, our frontline team consists of 4 Acquisition Managers and 1 Team Lead.

We have a solid foundation, but we’ve hit a ceiling. We are looking for a powerhouse Operations & Growth Manager / RevOps expert to identify bottlenecks, optimize our current resources, and take our conversion rates to the next level.

The Mission:
Your primary objective is to double our number of signed contracts within the next 90 days — not by simply hiring more callers, but by optimizing lead quality, improving sales skills, fixing broken processes, and implementing smart automation.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Process Audit & Funnel Analytics: Analyze our entire pipeline from list pulling to contract execution. Identify where deals are falling through and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Lead Quality & List Optimization: Refine our list-pulling and filtering criteria. Ensure our team is calling the highest-probability leads and agents with true off-market potential.
  • QA, Sales Coaching & Training: Listen to call recordings daily. Identify weaknesses in negotiation, objection handling, and relationship-building. Conduct weekly 1-on-1s, role-playing sessions, and refine scripts to increase conversion rates.
  • Systems & Automation: Build and manage automated follow-up sequences (Drip campaigns, SMS, Email) in our CRM (GoHighLevel / Podio / etc.) to ensure no lead is left behind.
  • Underwriting & Deal Structuring: Streamline the underwriting process so the team can quickly and accurately determine ARV, Rehab costs, and MAO, allowing them to make fast, confident offers.

Who You Are (Requirements):

  • Deep US Real Estate Wholesaling Knowledge: You know the industry inside out. You are highly proficient in running comps, calculating MAO/ARV, and understand strategies like Double Closing, Novation, and Blind Offers.
  • Agent Outreach Expert: You know how to negotiate with real estate agents. You understand how to pitch the "Double Dip" or "List-back," and you know how to train a team to handle the standard "Just email me your offer / Send me POF" objections.
  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing, coaching, and holding a team of cold callers or Acquisition Managers (3+ people) accountable to their KPIs.
  • Tech & Automation Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Podio, or similar) and automation tools (Zapier, Make).
  • Data-Driven: You make decisions based on metrics (Contact Rate, Lead-to-Offer %, Offer-to-Contract %), not gut feelings.
  • Language: Fluent/Native-level English is mandatory (you will be auditing calls and training an English-speaking team).

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs1,500,000.00 per month
