Operations Head

A company based at Khed Shivapur, Pune dealing in multi disciplinary projects like Glass Skylights, Specialty windows & doors, Structural Fabrication, Pergola Systems, Custom Facades, etc. etc. We are looking for a person specialized in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Preparing schedules, work progress, production, and other installation activities reports Coordinating with the lower staff and explaining their role.

Visiting the site after order confirmation for site survey and final measurements

Once the products are delivered on-site, make sure that our products are installed as per standard installation procedures and that work is carried out to the best standards.

Getting a final inspection report signed by the customer once the installation is over

Making sure all safety procedures are followed during execution on-site

Setting goals for the installation team and ensuring the targets are achieved within the estimated time limit.

Training the new staff and briefing them about the installation processes.

Ensuring a safe work environment on site and staff is well mannered.

Allocating resources, materials and sub-contractors.

Handling emergencies appropriately according to established procedures, preparing and filing reports on a timely basis.

Evaluating and conducting regular intermittent inspections during execution and maintenance of equipment and system

Skills required:

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Ability of read construction drawings

Preparing, developing and maintaining project schedule

Team Management

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Effective verbal as well as written communication in English and Hindi

Vendor and Contractor Management

Trouble shooting attitude

Educational qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engg or Architecture/Interior Design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
