Operations & HR Manager (Startup Lead)

Role Summary

As the Head of Operations, you will be the architect of the company’s internal and external systems. You will execute the CEO’s vision by managing high-level partnerships, overseeing the tech roadmap, and preparing the company for investor scrutiny. You will also have full oversight of HR to ensure every team member adheres to the "high ethical standards" and "good faith" required by the company.

Core Operational Pillars

1. Strategic Partnerships & Vision Execution

  • Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and maintain external business relationships to scale the company's reach.
  • Vision Alignment: Convert the CEO’s long-term goals into actionable quarterly milestones for the entire team.

2. Technology & Delivery Oversight

  • Tech Management: Ensure the tech team meets deadlines and that all "Source Code" and "Unreleased features" are protected as company property.
  • IP Security: Enforce strict regulations that "copying data from the server for personal use is strictly prohibited".

3. Investor Relations & Financial Health

  • Reporting: Prepare operational data and financial transparency reports for current and future investors.
  • Structure: Manage the "5% to 15% commission" structures to ensure they are driving the right sales behaviors for company growth.

4. HR & People Leadership

  • Contractual Discipline: Ensure all staff, including "Team Leads," are bound by 6-month contracts and valid NDAs.
  • Workplace Standards: Oversee the "strict code of punctuality" and manage the 15-minute grace period policy.
  • Recruitment: Source and vet candidates who are "fully authorized to work in Pakistan" with proper legal documentation.

Requirements

  • Startup Experience: Proven ability to manage "autonomous private entities" through rapid growth phases.
  • Leadership: Ability to handle "immediate termination and strict legal action" if intellectual property or non-compete clauses are breached.
  • Integrity: A commitment to upholding "Defamation laws" and protecting the company's reputation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
