Operations In-charge

We are a leading company in logistics and equipment rental serving the oil & gas sector in
Abu Dhabi, and we are looking for an experienced Operations In-Charge to oversee daily
operations, ensure service efficiency, and lead our team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily equipment rental operations (mobilization, scheduling, dispatching,
• delivery).
• Oversee logistics, fleet movement, and site coordination.
• Ensure equipment readiness and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with clients, especially ADNOC and oil & gas companies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and ADNOC regulations.
• Prepare daily reports and supervise the operations team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management orsimilar)
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or equipment rental .
• Strong experience in the Abu Dhabi Oil & Gas sector (ADNOC experience preferred).
• Good technical knowledge of rental equipment (generators, compressors, forklifts, .lifting equipment, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
