Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day paperwork, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the development and testing of new food products and menu items.
- Engage and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for procurement.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Support inventory management and monitor supply chain processes.
- Participate in the creation and refinement of SOPs and operational checklists.
- Take initiative in learning the core operating principles of QSR management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Food & Beverage (F&B), Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident in negotiations and vendor interactions
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Excel and Office suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Eager to learn and adapt, with a proactive attitude
- Background: Preferably from a hospitality or F&B background (internship, coursework, or experience).
