Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in event planning, coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Support the production team in managing logistics, vendor communication, and material tracking.
  • Help with booth setup, dismantling, and overall event floor operations.
  • Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and internal teams for event deliverables.
  • Prepare checklists, timelines, and documentation for projects.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement as needed.
  • Conduct market research related to exhibitions, venues, and suppliers.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements:

  • Passion for events, exhibitions, and operations.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during events.
  • A team player with a positive, learning-oriented attitude.
