Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in event planning, coordination, and on-site execution.
- Support the production team in managing logistics, vendor communication, and material tracking.
- Help with booth setup, dismantling, and overall event floor operations.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and internal teams for event deliverables.
- Prepare checklists, timelines, and documentation for projects.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement as needed.
- Conduct market research related to exhibitions, venues, and suppliers.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth event execution.
Requirements:
- Passion for events, exhibitions, and operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work flexible hours during events.
- A team player with a positive, learning-oriented attitude.
