MatAll is changing how people buy construction and home repair supplies. In simpler words, we are BlinkIt for Construction and Home Repair Supplies.

Gurugam is our home turf and are looking for an ambitious City Manager who can help MatAll stem it's feet in this city.

You will manage suppliers, coordinate deliveries, build relationships with communities, and run our Community Champion Program. This is a hands-on role with a mix of field work and daily operations.

About the role:

This role exists to build and scale our supplier and logistics engine — by onboarding the right partners, improving execution quality, and creating repeatable systems. You’ll work closely with the founders to design playbooks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

For now, we would prefer female candidates for this role.

• Work Mode: Work from office
• Work Days: 6 days a week

What You’ll Do

• Design and run supplier & delivery partner onboarding programs
• Explain SLAs, workflows, tools, and best practices to partners
• Onboard and manage suppliers across categories
• Drive 100% transition of suppliers to app-based order handling (Q1 goal)
• Work with founders on pricing insights and rate negotiations
• Onboard and coordinate with independent delivery partners
• Resolve execution issues: delays, missing items, cancellations
• Maintain simple dashboards (orders, SLAs, cancellations)

What You Will NOT Do

• Telesales or cold calling
• Lead chasing or call-center style work

Who This Role Is For

• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Basic comfort with data, Google Sheets, and apps
• Willing to be on-ground when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
