Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the academy/training sessions
- Support event & match-day management (setup, coordination, breakdown)
- Help manage equipment & inventory
- Coordinate with coaches, players, and staff
- Assist in scheduling training sessions & matches
- Provide on-ground support during tournaments/events
- Handle basic admin tasks (data entry, documentation)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or Sports and Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports and an interest in people management.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Warm, approachable, and team-oriented personality.
