Role: Operation Calendar Back Up Team Lead

Experience required: 10 to 12 years

Location:- Thane Mumbai

Required skills and qualifications:-

• Planning of all online LBA, RPA, IBA and offline assessment’s.
• Communicate with PAN India Sales/ Account Manager’s for planning of various assessments.
• Communicate with all stake holder’s with regards to planning and execution of LBA/ RPA assessments
• Overlooking future planning along with meeting and exceeding the targets.
• Follow check list process and mapping of required teams while creation assessments in tool.
• Create assessment id’s in the tool
• Prepare weekly and fortnightly Exam Schedule .
• Interacting with all stake holder’s with respect to planning of future exams and exam schedule preparation.
• Daily publishing of Operation Calendar with all the stake holder’s as per process.
• Publishing of RPA exam schedule with required stake holder’s.
• Publishing of weekly exam schedule with all the stake holder’s.
• Follow up with VBT team and operation team for planning of future exams.
