RECOVR is a performance led recovery studio offering ice baths, sauna, compression therapy and sports massage. We focus on consistent recovery routines, high service standards and a professional client experience for everyday athletes and active individuals.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and confident Operations and Client Experience Lead to run the floor during afternoon and evening hours. This person will be responsible for daily setup, closing, staff coordination and ensuring every client receives a consistent and high quality experience.

This is a hands on leadership role. You will be physically present on shift and act as the main point of authority when the business owners are not on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Open, set up and close the studio daily

• Lead the floor during peak afternoon and evening hours

• Ensure staff punctuality, presentation and service standards

• Support and coach staff on client communication and packages

• Oversee smooth daily operations and resolve issues in real time

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and overall studio flow

• Act as the main contact for clients during your shift

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Confident managing people and setting expectations

• Comfortable speaking to clients and guiding them on services

• Reliable, calm under pressure and organised

• Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, wellness or operations preferred

Working Hours

• Afternoon to late evening shifts

• 6 days per week with 1 fixed day off

• Consistent schedule
