Assistant Manager in Training – Caldwell County BBQ (Scottsdale, AZ). We are currently recruiting for our upcoming Scottsdale opening! What We’re Looking For:

• Background: 3–5 years in a restaurant leadership capacity (Shift Lead, Lead Server, or similar).
• Social Intelligence: You’re a natural at motivating people and building a positive squad.
• Vibrancy: You bring high energy to fast-paced shifts and stay cool when the line is long.
• Commitment: 45–50 hours per week (including including Saturdays and Sundays).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
