Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive Operations & Logistics Assistant to support and streamline the company’s daily operations and logistics functions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless coordination across departments, effective documentation, and timely delivery of goods—contributing directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support:

  • Assist with the execution and coordination of daily operational activities.
  • Support the management of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for retail outlets located within malls.
  • Coordinate project activities involving mall management and third-party contractors.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate operational reports and documentation.
  • Compile and submit monthly sales reports to mall management for retail locations.

Logistics Support:

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport companies, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
  • Prepare and manage all shipping, import, and export documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Track shipments and resolve any delays, customs clearances, or logistics-related issues.
  • Maintain organized records of logistics activities and documents for compliance and auditing purposes.
  • Liaise with customs officials, freight agents, and other relevant authorities as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE import/export regulations and internal logistics policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations or logistics (experience within the UAE is preferred).
  • Familiarity with logistics procedures, shipping documentation, and regional import/export laws.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 working days per week (as per company policy)
  • Standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • UAE Shipping and Logistics : 2 years (Required)
