The Role: We are looking for a passionate and highly organized Operation & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Spring, Texas. As a key position within the company, you will be the operational backbone that ensures our high-end construction projects run flawlessly from initial planning to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and coordinate daily logistics, ensuring materials, schedules, and teams are perfectly aligned to deliver premium results on time.
• Maintain meticulous administrative records and streamline operational processes to support our rapid expansion.
• Anticipate and resolve potential logistical challenges behind the scenes to guarantee a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients.

What You Bring:

• Fully bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with our diverse teams and partners.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and a highly proactive mindset.
• Previous administrative experience (prior experience in the construction sector is a strong plus).
