Operations & Logistics
* Plan, organize, and coordinate tour logistics and end-to-end travel arrangements.
* Research and book travel, accommodation, and necessary equipment for tours.
* Maintain and update client databases, records, and booking information.
* Manage office supplies and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
Administrative Support
* Manage and organize the Owner's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
* Maintain an efficient filing system (both paper and digital).
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-Solving
* Address and resolve issues that may arise during tour planning or execution.
* Stay calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented during high-pressure or crisis situations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or executive support, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
* A proactive mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
* Flexible, reliable, and willing to adapt to changing priorities.

Job Description:
Customer Service & Communication
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media, providing accurate information about tours, itineraries, and packages.
* Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
* Greet visitors and represent the company with a positive and professional demeanor.
Sales & Promotion
* Contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, or online platforms to introduce company products and services.
* Develop relationships with corporate clients to understand their team-building needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture long-term client relationships.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
