Operations & Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehousing and logistics operations

- Handle order processing and inventory for D2C brand

- Coordinate with 3PL (third-party logistics) partners

- Oversee marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

- Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and stock accuracy

Requirements:

- Prior experience in D2C brand operations and warehousing

- Hands-on knowledge of 3PL management

- Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace logistics

- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage inventory, returns, and order flow efficiently

Preferred:

- Experience with scaling operations in a fast-paced environment

- Strong Excel and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
