Operations & Maintenance Executive – EV Charging

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for EV chargers at assigned locations.
• Perform routine site inspections, monitor charger performance, and ensure stations are operational.
• Support preventive maintenance activities as per schedule and assist in resolving basic breakdowns.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors for on-ground maintenance work.
• Maintain records of tools, spare parts, and materials used during field activities; report shortages or requirements to the O&M Manager.
• Assist in managing third-party service vendors for site-level tasks and follow up on pending work.
• Track uptime issues observed on site and update logs, checklists, and maintenance reports regularly.
• Ensure all field operations comply with safety standards and company protocols.
• Support site upgrade activities, module replacements, and field-level implementation of new hardware or software updates.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the O&M Manager or central support team for timely resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
