Operations & Maintenance - Head (Highway)

• Overall management of highway O&M activities including routine & periodic maintenance
• Ensure compliance with concession agreement, IRC/MoRTH standards, and safety norms
• Manage toll operations, traffic management, incident response, and asset upkeep
• Budgeting, cost control, and optimization of O&M expenses
• Coordination with NHAI, authority engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs, audits, and performance reporting
• Lead O&M teams and vendors across project locations

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE/BTech (Civil) preferred
• 12 years of experience in Highway O&M / BOT / HAM projects
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
