Operations & Maintenance Manager – EV Charging

• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day O&M activities for EV chargers across multiple locations
• Supervise field engineers and technicians, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure prompt resolution of breakdowns
• Forecast and manage requirements for materials, tools, equipment, and manpower for O&M activities
• Manage third-party vendors for site maintenance and spare parts
• Track charger uptime, reliability, and overall network health; generate O&M performance reports
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company standards during all operations
• Oversee site upgrades, module replacements, and integration of new technologies
• Handle escalated technical issues and coordinate with the support team for quick resolutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
