Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with department heads to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs. Demand & Competition Devising & Presenting Ideas & Strategies

· Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.

· Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery.

· Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related support services resolving network Issues.

· Configuring operating systems.

· On-site installations

· Correction and repair of clients' broadband service.

· Equipment troubleshooting.

· Customer service and education.

· Detailed record keeping.

· Responsible for field operations and maintenance of the FTTx network

· OLT, ONU & ONT corrective and Preventive Maintenance

· O&M of Transmission/IP Network equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
