Operations & Maintenance Officer Manager

• Manpower handling and planning and execution of O&M activities at site.
• Inverter, DCDB and ACDB maintenance. Familiar about the operation and maintenance of MCB, MCCB and ACB.
• Battery load testing and maintenance.
• Rectifying the problems occurred in PV module, String, Inverter, and find out the root cause of problems.
• Module & string rectification, SCB maintenance, DC testing and rectification.
• Plant equipment monitoring and string monitoring at SCADA.
• Preparation of all documents according to PM schedule and make DGR report and maintaining it daily basis.
• Critical materials management at site.
• Monitor performance parameters, energy output, efficiency, and system health.
• Analyze data to identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
