he Resort Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient departmental performance, and adherence to brand standards. This role involves managing key operational departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and Maintenance, while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction, profitability, and team development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management,

2. Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in hotel or resort management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
