Operations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing orders, coordinating with different departments, improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission. Additional tasks include developing and implementing operational strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job description

- Execute and approve factory operations orders.
- Monitor the startup process and document daily production based on the order timeline in an Excel sheet organized by days.
- Sort and send images and quantities related to each phase of the order's production.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams regarding shipment schedules.
- Prepare daily reports for execution engineers and facilitate communication among their tasks.
- Ensure that the quantities executed are accurate and match the operational orders before the sales admin issues invoices and packing.
- Prepare a cost statement for each order within 24 hours of loading.

Qualifications

. Proficiency in operations management, process improvement, and strategic planning
. Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
. Experience in the stone or construction industry is a plus
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
