Job Summary
GCS Designing and Advertising LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our creative agency. The Operations Manager will ensure seamless project execution, optimize internal processes, and support the delivery of high-quality design and advertising services. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the creative industry to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilitieswill include but are not limited to Operational Oversight, Team Coordination, Project Management, Client Liaison, Compliance, Quality Control and MIS Reporting.
Qualifications and Criteria
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be given priority.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a creative, advertising, or design agency environment.
· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the advertising and design industry, including project workflows, client management, and creative production processes.
· Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
· Technical Proficiency: ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of design software (e.g., 3D Design, CAD Design, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, creative environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in a small to mid-sized creative agency.
· Familiarity with the UAE market and regional advertising trends (if applicable).
· Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes specific to the design and advertising industry.
