Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 5+ years in operations or showroom management.

Salary : AED 5000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a seamless and premium customer journey

* Lead and motivate sales and support teams to meet performance and service goals

* Manage inventory, logistics, and vehicle deliveries with precision

* Coordinate with marketing, finance, and after-sales departments for smooth cross-functional operations

* Uphold showroom standards and brand integrity at every customer touchpoint

* Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability
