• Supervise daily operations to ensure achieving the highest levels of efficiency and quality in performance.

• Develop operational plans and follow up on their implementation to ensure the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.

• Monitor the performance of branches, production lines, or operational units and ensure compliance with approved operational standards and procedures.

• Manage human and material resources within the operations scope to achieve optimal utilization of resources and reduce waste.

• Develop and improve operational processes in line with growth and targeted quality requirements.

• Maintain continuous coordination with other departments (Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, Quality, Marketing, Human Resources) to ensure overall organizational integration.

• Follow up on inventory and supply levels and ensure the availability of materials at the right time to avoid operational interruptions.

• Supervise the implementation of health, safety, and quality standards and ensure compliance with relevant local regulations.

• Prepare and submit periodic operational performance reports to senior management, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), variances, and proposed solutions.

• Evaluate the performance of supervisors and operational staff and identify training and development needs.

• Contribute to the preparation of the operational budget, monitor spending, and control costs.

• Propose initiatives to improve productivity and enhance the satisfaction of internal and external customers.

• Follow up on operational malfunctions or challenges and resolve them promptly to ensure business continuity.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies and operational and administrative procedures.
