Operations Manager

We're Hiring: Transport Recovery Operations Manager Location: Dubai | Full-time | New Division – Transport Recovery (under Khalid Al Muheri Group)We are looking for a hands-on, experienced, and resourceful professional to lead the setup and operations of a new Transport Recovery Services division under our established parent company. As this is a new vertical, the ideal candidate will be responsible for building the operation from the ground up – from setting up the fleet and teams to handling recovery operations, compliance, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:· Set up and lead day-to-day operations of a Transport Recovery unit· Hire and manage recovery agents, drivers, and support staff· Coordinate recovery of vehicles/assets (breakdowns, repossessions, etc.)· Deal with transport authorities, RTO, and police (as required)· Oversee fleet management, GPS tracking, dispatch, and documentation· Build SOPs for asset recovery, service delivery, and reporting· Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams Requirements:· 8+ years of experience in transport, logistics, vehicle recovery, or related field· Proven track record in setting up or scaling operational teams· Familiarity with local transport laws and recovery procedures· Strong leadership, negotiation, and crisis-handling skills· Ability to manage on-ground teams and high-pressure situations· Comfortable working in a startup-style environment within a corporate group What We Offer:· Opportunity to lead a new business vertical from scratch· Competitive salary · Autonomy, growth, and long-term leadership potentialTo Apply: Send your CV to: hr.khalidalmuheri@gmail.com WhatsApp: 050-212-9847 Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
