Job Title: Operations Manager – Building Maintenance / Facility Management

Location: Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 4 years in facility management or building maintenance operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager with extensive experience in building maintenance and facility management. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensure smooth maintenance processes, and lead a team to deliver high-quality services while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of building maintenance and facility operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Supervise and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians, engineers, and support staff.
• Plan and oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and emergency repairs.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and project progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in building maintenance, facility management, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, safety regulations, and facility operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and facility management software.
