Operations Manager

WHO ARE WE?

You Move Me is a moving franchise & we primarily do home to home moves but we also do office space & commercial space moves too! You Move Me offers a premium moving service & our goal is to move you as well as your boxes. We are actively seeking a new well-rounded, motivated & driven : Assistant Operations Supervisor to join our St-Louis team. Our ideal candidate will provide vision and leadership in long-range planning to ensure the continuity of our moving company. This position also offers consistent growth, development & franchise expansion opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing effective leadership and management to ensure our mission and core values are upheld
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
• Communicate effectively, clearly & respectfully with customers, team members & leaders.
• Support all planning and forecast meetings & metrics
• Must track, monitor & exceed sales & revenue monthly & yearly targets
• Have the ability to lift/load and move items 40-80 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good verbal and written skills
• Good organizational & time management skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Works well under pressure
• Able to diffuse conflict & find quick resolutions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be a team player
• 1 yr + years of management experience
• 1 yr + of sales & customer service experience
• 1 yr + of Computer & CRM experience (EX: Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Oracle)
• Previous work in moving / logistics / delivery not mandatory but an asset
• Second language not mandatory but an asset
