We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of mobile repair and refurbishment services across branches.
- Supervise teams, including technicians, service staff, and inventory personnel, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, repair, and refurbishment processes.
- Handle customer escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute business growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in electronics repair, retail, or service-based industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and operational management tools.
- Good communication skills in English.
