We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of mobile repair and refurbishment services across branches.
• Supervise teams, including technicians, service staff, and inventory personnel, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, repair, and refurbishment processes.
• Handle customer escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute business growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in electronics repair, retail, or service-based industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and operational management tools.
• Good communication skills in English.
