Job Overview
ASIN is a premiere office and modular furniture installation company and we employ the very best to take care of our clients.

As an Operations Manager you will drive the success of the business by overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and leading the heart and soul of the organization - our Warehouse and Installation crews. You will work closely with the Client Management and Business Operations teams to attain business goals and objectives.

This pivotal role combines strategic thinking with hands-on management to ensure operational excellence, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your energetic approach and proactive mindset will empower you to streamline workflows, develop innovative solutions, and contribute directly to the growth and profitability of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Day-to Day Operations – oversee and support crews in the field, receiving and loading of product, warehouse organization, upkeep of vehicles, tools, and equipment, job scheduling, and other critical operations functions
  • Lead Operations, Warehouse, and Installation Teams – lead, mentor, and develop team members to promote a high-performance culture
  • Develop Company Policies and Procedures – partner with leadership team to develop company standard policies and procedures that drive operational quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – develop and track key performance indicators of warehouse metrics and implement process improvements and technology
  • Develop New Hire Training Program – work with the PM and Business teams to develop a new hire training program that supports company policies and procedures, culture and safety standards
  • Implement Company Safety Program - build a culture of safety for the warehouse, installers, and drivers
  • Monitor and Track Team Member Performance – develop and implement a performance strategy for the operations and installation teams, document incidents and recognition, provide regular feedback, and complete annual evaluations
  • Oversee Hiring and Terminations of Operations Team Members – closely partner with Project Management team to regularly monitor staffing/skills needs based on ongoing job scopes and customer requests.
  • Establish Channels of Communications with Crews – develop and implement a communication strategy to promote on-going feedback among PMs, Office, and Operations teams
  • Lead and manage all operational activities, ensuring seamless execution across departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost overall performance.
  • Supervise team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to cultivate a motivated and effective workforce.
  • Oversee profit and loss statements, analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense management.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, partnerships, or sales opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet organizational goals.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and implement process improvements that enhance quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase sales volume while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards across all operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
