We are hiring for "Operations Manager"

Job Description :

• Experience: 10+ years
• Qualification: MBA or advanced degree in related field
• Salary: up to 12 Lakhs
• Location: Madhapur
• Timings: 8am - 5pm
• 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate procurement, warehouse, production, HSE, installation teams, and project execution
• Implement and maintain quality control systems across all operational processes
• Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and of the highest standards of quality
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
• Oversee supply chain management and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and execute strategies for operational efficiency and cost reduction
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow between warehouse, production, procurement, HSE and installation teams
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Lead and develop team members through training and performance management
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
• Manage and monitor operational budgets, revenue forecasts, and targets
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and facility management
• Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a façade, or joinery sub-contracting company. With experience in managing multiple teams across multiple projects and scopes.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in glazing, joinery, or construction industry
• Knowledge of industry-specific software technology, and ERP systems
• MBA or advanced degree in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
