Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years in International Inbound Voice Process Current Role: Must be working as a Duty Manager / Manager – Operations/TL (on paper)

Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end operations for International Inbound Voice Process

• Drive key metrics such as AHT, CSAT, SLA, Quality & Productivity
• Lead, guide, and develop large teams to achieve performance targets
• Handle customer escalations and ensure process excellence
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and handle team development initiatives

Key Requirements• 10+ years of experience in International Inbound Voice Process

• Strong experience in Customer Support / Customer Service Operations
• Currently designated as DM/Manager – Operations
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-pressure environments and drive operational success
