Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

● Overseeing day-to-day operations of the play area and café.

● Tracking stock, consumables, and petty cash.

● Supervising staff and managing shift rosters.

● Reviewing the daily customer complaints file and ensuring corrective action in the

following day’s huddle.

● Reviewing the daily safety incidents file and discussing improvements with staff in

the following day’s huddle.

● Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.

● Submitting daily reports to management & directors.

● Coordinate parties/events and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹451,860.06 - ₹1,733,644.56 per year
