- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive long-term planning for capacity, resource allocation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management to set performance objectives and business targets.
2. Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily operations across departments such as production, logistics, supply chain, customer service, etc.
- Ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate performance.
3. Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare and manage budgets for operational departments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Oversee procurement and inventory management to minimize waste.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry compliance requirements.
- Implement systems to monitor quality and initiate corrective actions as needed.
6. Customer Satisfaction
- Oversee customer service operations and ensure high service levels.
- Address escalated customer issues and implement solutions
