Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive long-term planning for capacity, resource allocation, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set performance objectives and business targets.

2. Operational Oversight

  • Supervise daily operations across departments such as production, logistics, supply chain, customer service, etc.
  • Ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate performance.

3. Budget & Cost Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets for operational departments.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management to minimize waste.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.

5. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry compliance requirements.
  • Implement systems to monitor quality and initiate corrective actions as needed.

6. Customer Satisfaction

  • Oversee customer service operations and ensure high service levels.
  • Address escalated customer issues and implement solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
