Duties

• Lead and supervise daily operational activities across departments to ensure seamless workflow and high performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives, fostering continuous improvement.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of key initiatives.
• Enhance operational processes through process improvement techniques, reducing waste and increasing productivity.
• Oversee Research & Development involving technology (CRM, Automating Workflows, New Apps etc)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
