About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and forward-thinking Operations Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, operations, tech, and supply chain. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and delivered with precision, on time, and aligned with business goals.
You will work directly with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to maintain clarity, speed, and accountability across all ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Break down business objectives into executable tasks and track progress.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines, quality benchmarks, and budgets.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Facilitate smooth communication and alignment to avoid bottlenecks.
- Conduct daily/weekly stand-ups and status meetings.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, leadership, vendors, and external agencies.
- Present clear project updates, risks, delays, and solutions.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with objectives and expectations.
4. Process & Documentation
- Create SOPs, workflows, and project documentation.
- Maintain clear project trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Establish templates for repeatable workflows to increase efficiency.
5. Risk Management
- Identify potential risks early—operational, delivery, resource, or external.
- Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely corrective action.
- Ensure contingency plans are in place for critical projects.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs like project timeline adherence, resource utilization, and cross-team efficiency.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership review.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and introduce process improvements.
7. Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Manage communication with external agencies, freelancers, tech vendors, and suppliers.
- Track deliverables and ensure timely output aligned with brand expectations.
8. Process Optimization & Automation
- Build structured workflows to streamline operations.
- Identify automation tools that reduce manual effort (Asana, Trello, Notion, Zapier, Pabbly, etc.).
- Continuously optimise processes for speed and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in D2C, FMCG, e-commerce, or tech-enabled companies.
- Strong understanding of D2C workflows: product lifecycle, marketing campaigns, supply chain, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time-management skills.
- Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, Jira, ClickUp).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
