Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Operations Manager with an MBA in Finance and Marketing to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, manage budgets, and ensure business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, cross-functional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of both operational efficiency and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflow across departments.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational performance.
- Drive cost optimization through process improvements and resource planning.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
2. Financial & Budgetary Management
- Prepare, manage, and monitor operational budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify variances, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Implement cost-control measures and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with finance teams for monthly MIS, P&L review, cash flow planning, and expense tracking.
3. Marketing & Business Growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align operational strategies with brand goals.
- Support implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer-experience enhancement initiatives.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior trends to guide strategic planning.
- Ensure operational readiness for marketing activities, promotions, and events.
4. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Conduct training, performance monitoring, and workforce planning.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement cycles, and SLAs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods/services and maintain quality standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present periodic reports on operational performance, KPIs, and financial metrics.
- Use data analytics to drive decision-making and process optimization.
- Track ROI on operational initiatives and marketing campaigns.
